CHEF COUNTER INFORMATION:
Our 2-7 seat Chefs Counter is designed for a unique experience. Diners sit at a perched counter and peer directly into Chef Max Hosey’s private kitchen, where he whips together an ever-changing, seasonal tasting menu. Hosers Central Kitchen is located at Market at the Fareway in Chestnut Hill.
Our tasting menu is 6 courses and is $109/person. Our establishment is BYOB, or you can take advantage of the Chestnut Hill Brewery, which is located in the market.
To reserve the counter we will need a name and phone number- along with any dietary restrictions, allergies, or aversions you or any of the guests have.
